Refund and Returns Policy

At Horse Saddle Market, we want you to shop with confidence. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

You may return items if:

  • The request is made within 30 days of delivery
  • The item is unused, in original condition, and with all tags attached
  • The product is returned in its original packaging

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used saddles or equipment
  • Items with visible wear, scratches, or damage caused after delivery
  • Custom-made or personalized saddles
  • Clearance or final sale items

3. Saddle Fit & Trial Policy

We understand saddle fit is critical:

  • Saddles may be placed on a horse for fit testing only
  • They must not show signs of riding use (no scuffs, dirt, or wear)
  • Returns will be rejected if the saddle shows evidence of use beyond trial fitting

4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide your order number and photos

We will offer:

  • A replacement, or
  • A full refund

5. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Receive return authorization
  3. Ship the item using a trackable service

Note: Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

7. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect
  • We recommend insured shipping for high-value saddles

8. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Size or fit issues
  • Product defects
